Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HomeRustle, you agree to these Terms. HomeRustle is operated by VFR Solutions LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What HomeRustle does

HomeRustle is a platform that allows buyers to post structured property searches ("Buyer Quests") and sellers to post property listings, and facilitates paid introductions between matched parties. HomeRustle is not a real estate broker, agent, or party to any transaction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use HomeRustle.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or quests.
• Including contact information (email, phone, social media) in free-text fields to bypass the reveal system.
• Creating accounts to harvest contact information rather than to transact in good faith.
• Real estate agents, lenders, or other professionals creating buyer or seller accounts to solicit clients rather than to participate as a genuine buyer or seller.
• Any use that violates applicable law, including fair housing and anti-discrimination laws.

6. Payments and reveals

Reveal fees are charged at the time of reveal and are non-refundable once contact information has been disclosed to you. Subscription fees are billed monthly and cancel at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Vendor connections

When you request a professional introduction through HomeRustle, we share your contact information and situation description with a vendor. HomeRustle is not responsible for the actions, advice, or performance of any third-party vendor. The relationship is between you and the vendor.

8. AI-generated content

HomeRustle uses AI to help structure your inputs and update your listings and quests. AI-generated suggestions are not professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. Verify all information independently before acting on it.

9. Disclaimers

HomeRustle is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that matches will result in transactions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-submitted listing or quest data.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VFR Solutions LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of HomeRustle is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
